A few weeks ago my CAS went out and my car fails to start, I pulled the DSMlink DTC's and I get...of course "0022 crankshaft position sensor circuit malfunction" or something like that. And since my car is a 1g I know I dont have any crankshaft sensors, and the code is refering to the CAS (cam angle sensor). I went down to pick n pull and got me a new one....Didnt work, I also rewired the harness and that didnt work, Im still throwing that code too.....what else could be the problem? I dont know what else to check, Im trying to get a voltmeter but havent done it yet, aside from doing that what else can I look into to find this problem?
