I have to get my car smogged and I don't think I will have a problem, but does anybody have any suggestions on afc settings that would pass? my mods are:

16g, 660's, afc, 255lph fuel pump, 3 inch exhaust w/ cat

I can't help you with settings, but watch out where you take it. I failed the visual inspection for having my BCS disconnected (MBC connected) and having a filter with no CARB #. I failed emissions too so I had to replace my stock air box, downpipe, cat, and remove the MBC to get it to pass. My buddy who runs a muffler shop later told me that aftermarket cats only last two years tops. Good luck.

Just noticed gsx, idle test only. That's a good thing.

I don't know what type of test you have to pass, sounds like just and idle test, not an up on the dyno test. In either case though, changing your safc settings to try to get it to pass is pointless. The ecu will be operating in closed loop mode for the tests; ie, if you lean things out on the safc, it will in turn richen things up using its fuel trims to try and achieve the 14.7:1 ideal ratio. The best thing is to have your car in tune;, ie. ltft is as close to zero as possible. Then to run a cat, and have all your hoses hooked up.
