Buzzing ECU and boost gauge questions

when i go to start my car and i turn the key one past the off position a buzzing sound comes from the ecu and it stops after i start the car or if i turn the key back to the off position also what should a boost gauge do at idle and should my electric oil pressure gauge go to 100 and then to zero when i turn the key to the start position

Your boost gauge should not be reading boost at idle, but vacuum if your gauge reads that.
