I'm looking to replace my top and I was wondering what kit I should buy. I think both kits are about the same but the CTG comes with glue, staples, and instructions over the eBay top. But it is also like $85 more after shiping. I can get glue and staples much cheaper but then again are the tops different. They both say Haartz Stayfast. If anyone has any input on these tops or maybe some other I should check out please let me know. I plan on using the guide below and maybe the one (if included) with the top. Thanks.

What kit did you end up going with and how did it turn out? I am in your same position right now.

I got my top on ebay as well, fit and looked great, but they didnt come with the rubber seals on the sides so mine still leaks :(

The top will last longer than the seals. As per Mitsu in the Tampa area. Seals will start going out about 2-4 years after install, the top can last from 5-20 years.

My seals are shot but the original top is fine after 15 years.

The best tops to buy on ebay are the Stayfast, and have the chalk lines on it for install. They are around $450-$500.
