So i have a 97 Eagle Vision ESI. With a 3.5L V6. Im 100% sure it has a missing or busted motor mount. So here's porblem. I've been under the car and i can see my left and right motor mounts. And thay look ok. But that's all i can find. Shoulden't there be on on the back of the motor bolted to the crossmember of the frame?

im not sure how many there are supposed to be, but if its supposed to be there, there should be a motor mount bracket of some sort.

That engine sits in the engine bay like a rwd but the axles come out the side of the tranny instead of a drive shaft coming out the back.. It only has left and right mounts on the engine. There is no need for a front engine mount. The transmission has one on the cross member like a rwd.

This is why I love this site, someone comes here with a problem on an Eagle Vision and people still try to help. Most other sites, if it's not a dsm then nobody gives a crap and just flames them for posting a non-dsm question. I don't know for sure about the Vision motor, but props to you guys for helping out.

Well now that i know what i was looking for poblem solved. no more clunk when i take off. Thanks.
