Burning Plugs like crazy....

I was having an Idle problem with my car and I thought it was the MAF... But I pulled the spark plugs today and they were black as hell... so I replaced them with some new NGKs and drove around for 20 minutes and the car started dying again... WHY am I fouling plugs... my car is stock except for a K&N filter, MBC (Currently at 15PSI) and 2 1/2 Turbo-Back exhaust.... and hacked MAF....

HELP!

i dont think the hacked mas is good, but have you checked for boost leaks.

The Mas has been hacked for a long time (at least 3 months) and the problem just developed last week... This problem started when I did a boost leak test... I had no boost leaks... then I took the intercooler and piping off.. cleaned everything and put it back on.... I have triple checked everything is tight... and my car is fast and holds boost on the guage... just wont idle and seems to be fouling plugs....

How do I check the Fuel Pressure?? and where is the fuel pressure regulator located... what should the Fuel Pressure be?
