Bumper reinforcement identity issues.

Hey guy's.
I had a look under my project 1990 Eagle Talon AWD the other day and found that the rear bumper core/reinforcement has turned to dust (The part closest to the bumper cover).


Due to conflicting info on the web....My questions are:

Will only 1990-1992 cores fit or will 93-94's work as well?

Both pic's claim to be bumper reinforcements what one is actually the part I need? (I haven't removed the bumper cover yet)

The top pic looks to be a front bumper reinforcement but the seller claims it's a rear :/

The lower pic looks like its the back of the car and not the inner rear bumper core at all ...Any one have a pic of a 1990 Talon with out the bumper cover?

I don't know how much you're paying for that, but I'd look into buying one used but in good shape from miller imports.

Best thing to do would be pull your bumper off and see what yours actually looks like.

Yes,Besides the flimsy aluminum support yes.

Never crashed crashed in the dizzum tho.Always a pole,a grand am,or that one time a feral cat,which my bumper is still cracked from.

, thanks guys! I bought a nice one from the junk yard, I'm going to sell the car now though because I found a really nice 91 awd turbo and bought it haha
