buget engine rebuild 20-24 psi

i want to run 20-24 psi daily with stock rebuild kit

i want to use 2g pistons" stock rods" stock crank" im trying to keep this rebuild under
1200$ also what all would i need for my head to be rebuilt ?

Inspect it and make sure its in good condition, the just clean the head up and put new vavle seals in. You don't need a full head rebuild to run 20 - 24 psi, unless theres a problem with the head. What turbo are you going to be using in your set up?

im not shure on the turbo yet thats going to come last what do you think would be a good turbo to use heres what im thinking of doing im looking for 450-500 hp

stock rebuild
stock rods
2g pistons could i use stock 1g pistions for 500hp
stock cams/ maybe some 272's
head gasket / what kind should i get ?
intake manifold / could i use stock ?
nice tubuler manifold
arp studs
new valve seals/ what kind should i get were at ?

also about how much would all the mechening coust on the block and the head to be done and the block for the head gasket and to get it board .30 over

Where are you at in Wisconsin? My buddy has a DSM shop near Green Bay. I could get you his #.

As far as the Headgasket the Mitsu MLs gasket will work just fine
Definitely use the ARP hardware
You use the stock manifold
