Broke fuel pump sending unit

Alright, so I was taking the fuel pump out of my 96 tsi fwd and I broke one of the fuel lines off of the fuel pump sending unit. My question is, are the n/t and turbo sending units the same or would it work, because I found one on eBay for like 50 bucks and I can' t seem to find one anywhere else.

Yes the sending units are the same but dont ebay it. fix it with quality stuff. nothing worse than fixing something twice!

Hit up a local junk yard or Craigslist for part-outs. The gas tanks on a NT and Turbo models are different, I can only assume your sending unit is different too.
