Picking up a GSX from joe P of joe p boost controllors, was wondering what the proper break in time is, if any for the following being done:
Reconditioned, slightly milled head
headgasket
tbelt, waterpump

Since no rings are beign seated is there any need for true break in or can it be driven on hard?

Even though not much is really being "broken in", give it a couple of tanks of gas before romping it. Give things a chance to go through a few heating/cooling cycles together and to nestle in.

thanks for the advice, I was thinking that it need at least a lil easy time before it gets the full abuse of stock boost

When i do mods, i normaly will baby it around the blcok to make sure everything is ok, then drive it normal for a little bit and then maybe hit once to see if everything is ok. Drive the car gradualy.
