I have a 91 Talon TSI AWD and I just put on front and rear calipers, rotors and brakes pads. After I was done doing it I bleed each caliper. I took the cap off the master cylinder and had someone pump the brakes but I let it go to absolutely no fluid by accident. After that I put more brake fluid in and bleed each caliper again. I have no hose to do it the right way so all I did was loosen the fitting on the caliper and held a bottle up next to it and let it squirt into it. I made sure that there was fluid in the master cylinder while I did ever caliper. My brakes go to the floor right now, all that works is my e brake. All the brake lines are connected too. Any ideas?

When you bleed them make sure to not release the pedal until the bleeder is closed. Sounds like you just didnt bleed them correctly.

1. Make sure master is full.
2. Start at wheel furthest from Master(even if you didnt work on all wheels0
3. Have someone pump till pedal is hard and hold it there.
4. Open bleeded till clear fluid comes out with no bubbles. Open it slowly so you can look for bubbles.
5. Close bleeder
6. Release brake pedal.

Repeat this for every wheel. Since you are bleeding all the wheels you might as well to do it till all the fluid is clear. Dirty fluid will decrease brake response. If you dont want to replace all the fluid just wait til no bubbles come out.

If you ever let the brake pedal out with the bleeder open start over and dont do it again.

Good luck.

Thanks, I'll have to re bleed them tomorrow morning. I started pumpin the breaks while the car was on and I started to get a little break pressure so I took it around the block. Breaks were working, but not that great at all then all of sudden I start hearing this clacking noise coming from the front right caliper is sounds like. I looked at the caliper but nothing seems wrong with it. Any ideas what this noise could be comin from?
