brake booster line

Just changed my intake manifold gasket and during removal I took off the brake booster line that connects to the manifold. After re-installing everything my brakes are hard as a rock, can't even move the pedal. Do I need to bleed my brakes now?
 
So, I just went out to check everything again and I took the line off and tested the check valve and I had it backwards. :beatentodeath:
