Just wondering about the sound if its the bov that makes it...high boost? let me kno plz....i seen video at www.blowoffvalves.com and went to the videos.....the title of the video was: Tial on a Single 1000HP MK4 Supra....thnx

What do you mean, You want to know if the bov makes the sound, High boost? I don't really understand your question. Where did ''high boost'' come into play? I hear the obvious exhaust, spool up , and then the blow off valve when letting off the gas...

yes sir....sorry if i didnt explain it right....i mean it doesnt sound like the typical chirping noise.....i usually hear that sound w/cars w/high hp n boost....i still dont know if im explaining it right but i mean i hear the bov then i hear a flutter sound like....

I don’t get a flutter on mine it is just a slight constant diminishing psssssh, of course I have it plumbed into the intake right before the CAI because I am not a big fan of the various sounds of the turbo system. I use an xs, cheap and vary effective without pointless horns or diaphragm occilations.

The sound for a given BOV will depend on how much boost it's relieving. Kind of like a fart.

Some BOVs are meant to create more noise. However, on this site, the sound is a meaningless by-product of having a BOV.

Or, like farts, we tend to consider it primarily a concern of noisy assholes.
