I have read the few threads I found when I searched for this topic but didn't find anything that was very detailed. I am curious exactly how this install is typically done. I know the stock fuel lines are hard, how do you go about adding the inline fuel pump to the stock hard lines? Wouldn't there have to be a cut somewhere in between the intank fuel pump and the inline pump to connect the -an fittings? I hope this doesn't sound too stupid, I'm just having a hard time understanding how this is done with the stock hard lines.

Measure the inline pump and Cut a section out of the fuel line to the correct length, install your fittings on the line and connect the new fittings to the pump, not sure exactly what you are asking but hope that helps, good luck

You could get a filter to rail an fitting kit.
Mount the Bosch to the firewall, and feed it from the stock filter. Then get another line and connect it to the fuel rail with a an fitting adapter.

I guess there is a way to flare the cut hardline and put new fittings on to connect to the inline pump?

so the hardline goes directly to the bosch mounted to the firewall, the feed line goes from the bosch to the filter, then the filter to the rail?
