The issue is while doing a BLT once all leaks were fixed i set my wastegate to start opening at 18psi and be mostly open by 20-21psi. Well when i drove it afterward it would only boost to 15psi. This was weeks ago and today i decided to do it all again, BLT held 30psi no leaks and set MBC to have wastegate opening at 20psi and be mostly open around 23 and also put teflon tape on the threads of my MBC. Upon test driving the car 1st and 2nd gear went to 20psi and held but in 3rd it would only boost to 10psi not a pound higher(due to limited road could not do 4th & 5th) I know i have driven the crap out of this little turbo but i have absolute zero side/side and in/out and a hair of up/down play. Also before the first situation happened i was pushing 24psi with fuel cut in 3rd and i switched to a new set of the same plugs(NGKBPR7ES) which is when things changed and i was like wtf diagnosis time. Help would be great but im kinda at the point were im like "just buy a new turbo and fuel setup then start from there." but my funds wont allow that, . .sigh. Also mod list is current. Thanks

Many people with MBC will start to see their boost pressure drop as the weather turns warmer. I see 3-4 psi difference in boost pressure from 40F to 100F weather here in TEXAS.

Im gonna mess with it some more today and see what i can find.

RESOLVED:

I took my boost controller apart to find the spring was looking strange, so i clipped off a little part and straightened it out some and now everything works fine. Thanks
