Boost leak from injector?

I thought it was the O-ring. I just replaced those, put rail back on, and could still hear it. I then saw it was coming from the block - injector. It is torqued down pretty tight on the 3 bolts granted the bolts are stock hex screws.

How the heck can I stop that leak?!

Did you just replace the top and bottom orings? This is what you need:

Did you replace/use insulators?

Those are the larger o-ring looking rubber pieces that should be on the bottom of the injector. Those are usually what leak in the block-injector area.

I replaced the top o rings. On the bottom it's a round plastic black piece. Is the larger piece on the site actually a rubber o ring?

There are plastic "spacers" that go on the middle-top of the injector between the rail and the injector and there are rubber seals, referred to as "insulators" on the bottom between injector and block.

These insulators used to be made from plastic but become hard and brittle over time, which is what allows leaks to develop there. The new designs for them are all rubber so that this is less likely to occur.

If you are in a pinch, you can get them at any auto parts stores or home depot. The cheapest place would be the above link if you can wait.

It could also be your injector pintle caps are broken or missing.

Some people have reported using rtv in that area to help fix leaks as well, but I tend not to recommend it.
