boost leak at set screw

like the title says i have a boost leak at the set screw on my throttle body. I found it while doing a boost leak test today, cause i was having some problems that lead me there. Anywho my question is how to fix it. I cranked it all the way in and that eliminated 80% of the leak but it still leaks pretty bad. I had a thought to wrap some Teflon tape around it, but the screw does not come out all the way. Not to sure what to do now any ideas? Also do to my stupidity and all, there is not supposed to be air coming out of there at all right? any help is as usual always welcome and thanks in advance. Also I'm doing this right now so a speedy answer would be awesome thanks fellow dsm'ers

Base Idle Speed Screw (BISS)?
It comes out. You'll see that the o-ring needs to be replaced.

Nice cause when i called mitsu they said that there is no kinda seal or o-ring for that screw.
Thanks alot gonna go keep trying to get it out
