boost creep

hello everyone i have a question about my exhaust
when ever i drive my car it boost up to 10psi then jump to 20
i been told that it happens when you runing turbo back exhaust
its a 6bolt motor with 14b fmic 190walbro greddy rs bov aem
fuel rail , fic 650cc.
my question is if i put the cat back would that solve my problem?

make sure its a high flow one.

You need to port the wastegate passage. You aren't bypassing enough exhaust flow. Don't worry about messing with the rest of the exhaust.
