a couple of months ago i munched my transmission. during the rebuild, i also added a fidanza flywheel, bm tranny insert and an act 2100 clutch. before the rebuild, i would run 15 psi with no boost creep problems. now my boost creeps up to 19psi with the volume and gain settings on my boost controller zeroed out. before the rebuild, it would hold steady around 9 psi until readline with my boost contoller zeroed out. i bypassed my bc by running a vacum line from the manifold to the wastegate actuator with the same results, so i don't think the problem is with the bc. i'm running an external dump o2 housing and can still hear the wastegate open. i checked for boost leaks and could find none. i'm out of ideas. any input would be very much appreciated.

If you're only creeping to 19psi, try turning the mbc up a little at a time. I suspect it should level off at about 16-17 psi. The lower you set the boost level the worst the creep. If that doesn't fix it, I would suggest removing your exhaust turbine housing and port it. Good luck.

i actually have a ported turbine housing on my big 16g. also, my boost controller is a blitz spec r (electronic). boost levels creep above the limits of the stock fuel system regardless of volume and gain settings.
