Hello all. I just ordered a Greddy Profec B Spec II boost controller and I am not sure where I want to mount it. I was wondering if you guys had any ideas or could post some pictures of yours and where they are. Thanks in advance! :thumb:

He's not talking about a boost Gauge, or any kinda gauge. He's talking about a Boost controller... Mainly the Profec B. Where are people placing it!

I've seen them under or on top of the stereo... or replacing the center dash vent.

Here's my little "custom" work.

I prefer not to get rid of my center vent. I'd rather find a nice place for it, maybe even mold it onto the top of the steering column. Or right next to the Cig Lighter by the shifter...

I can't place it anywhere near my "stereo" cause I have a 7" Molded In Touchscreen.

That does look pretty nice...although I dont want to take out my center vents and I just purchased a doulbe deck DVD player/navigation system. What do you guys think about right next to the cigerette lighte?? Anyone have anymore pics?

My boost controller in my 90 GSX was in the Ash Tray.

But I would mount it right next to the Cig Lighter... and if you screw up... You Pull It! But it shouldn't be hard... just a dremel and a small cuting disk... make your mark to cut, and cut away... then make your stuff to mount it so it wont move around.

I have a Ralliart Badge there right now..

Thanks man I think that is what I will do. I want to keep a clean look and I think that would look good.

Also just a side note InfiniteGSX. Did you do that write up on the center tail yet?

Well this one is for another customer... But, I'll do one for you for:

Single LED Strip Paint Matched (As close as I can get it) (easy if its black, red, or white)=$50

Dual LED Strip Paint Matched (As close as I can get it) (easy if its black, red, or white)=$65

Prices will vary since I'm currently using Center Peices that I already have. If anyone else wants one made, I can make them to your customizations most likely... I'll have to pick up some from U Pull It, or you can send me one, that might be cheaper. Price will also get more... up there if I have to paint match a Barcelona Red or Green color... cause I'd have to locate the proper paint.

Mind you this is only a Glow effect. The ECLIPSE lights up bright enough for vizibility. I do not point the LED's into the lense to avoid hot spots... but has no other functions. IF your wanting to show off kinda AZDAVE style with it, I can do it, and there is something in Ebay I could use right now... but it will take a little more cash.

I can do more expensive ones like this using any color light you want if you provide a clear center from any Altezza Tail Light or clear tail light setup... and any kind of font, and any word you want... I'll just have to get a MASK Made.

I can also do full Illuminated center peices like AZDAVE's... But they will be pricey, and take a while to complete.

A little off topic but how did you do that? I'm just about to buy a GST (finally selling the ESi) and had looked at the center bevel that replaces the two vents. However, that looks far better so if you want post it here or PM me.
