I did the vacuum line delete as outlined on the taboo page and I bypassed my boost control solenoid and removed it, so is this going to be a problem? thanks for the help everyone.

Yes, unless you have a MBC, without the BCS, you will have no way to control boost.

If you don't have a boost controller, then yes you will have problems.

You will not have any problems in running the vac line directly to the wastegate in terms of safety because you will be running the lowest possible boost level your wastegate will support.

You will, however, have troubles raising the boost.... which at this point would not be possible except by means of an adjustable boost controller.

I'd just leave the stock BCS in place untill you have a MBC to hook up since you will most likely lose power.

yeah thanks everyone, I found out after I removed it that it works with the cam angle sensor I believe it was and I was having some problems with boosting and the timing being weird so I'll hook it back up shortly. I'm rebuilding the head right now. Thanks again everyone.:thumb:
