When tuning the SAFC2, if you already have a good tune, and you turn up the boost without changing anything else, do you need to re-tune?

For instance, iam running wastegate pressure because i havent gotten my boost guage in the mail yet, the SAFC2 is currently tuned pretty well, when i get the boost gauge and turn the boost up to 12 on the 16g, then will i have to re-tune it?

I have stock fuel system.

Ok, i was under the assumption that because the SAFC2 only sets correcton values, that the boost increase would be increased air but still using the same correction, Similar to just upping the boost on a completely stock car.
