150,000 mile completely stock talon tsi ran 15.30@93mph. It had a sorry 2.6 60ft time as well. The car was completely heat soaked from the drive to the track and was ran three times back to back with this being the quickest time. I know it isn't impressive but considering the miles I am fairly happy. Just figured I would share... Any comments are welcomed.

Well, in June '94 Mototrend tested a '95 AWD M/T and ran 14.9 @ 91.6 mph. FWD A/T ran 15.5 @ 90.3 mph.

Both 1 + 2g stock turbo M/T's always showed high 14's or 15 flat. Seen some laser's running 14.7's brand new because they were a little lighter weight cars. Those figures were from mainstream car mags like Car + Driver, Road + Track, and Motortrend.

Congrats on the pass.

I can't wait to take my gst to the track soon and see what it does so i can get a stock baseline starting point so i can compare later down the road my improvement.

Well then seeing these figures I am fairly content with the performance of the car. Weather conditions were far from optimal including track preparation but I can live with it. It was just a baseline for the car so now I can start doing some mods. Thanks for the input.

Based on what I've been reading over the yrs my 1g FWD M/T with JUST free mods of turning boost up to 14-15 lbs, hacked air can, + cat removal should be running low 14's and possibly high 13's. Oh yeah FP rewire too.

I'm probably never going to the track so I'm basing that on what others said with just those mods. All I know is bone stock the car is supposed to run high 14's and I feel a huge inccrease in power with what little I've done. For everyday entertainment purposes I'm very happy..
