2G Body Structure Panel Removal

So whomever owned this car in the past did a real hack job removal of the sheet metal under the air box. Since I'm trying for a period correct stock restoration, I will need to find that panel on a donor car and drill it out.

Was hoping someone has done this and can kind of give me some idea of what I'm looking at. I'll have to do this in a junkyard.

Its not the most difficult piece of metal to replace. I did the driver's side one, and it was pretty straightforward.

Thank you, this is exactly what I need. Looks like I need to remove the fender supports to get access to the spot welds for this piece.
