BOdy KIT on 91 GSt

NEed some help on how to custom fabrcate a vader Body kit on my 91 gst it says i have to remove the pop up headlights. How can i do this adn still pass inspection and still have body kit onm the car.

If so you need to do a 92-94 front end conversion (1gb). Hood, headlights, turn signals, and fenders.

Most will tell you not to use body kits.
