BLT weird clicking

As the title states i'm getting a weird clicking noise coming from what sounds the charcoal canister when doing a BLT. It also sounds like its hissing down there(leak). Can I just bypass the canister or is it a must to have it?

I thought the title said "BLT weird chicken"

The canister is for Emissions, if your not worried about it you can toss it and bypass it.

Or keep it till inspection comes around...

^^Haha I didn't even think about that when I typed it.
You know I was just looking... can't you cap off P E and A on the throttle body? All 3 of them are just going into solenoids then to the EGR and charcoal canister... I've heard the P is for pressure regulator for the fuel... is this correct?

Yes you can. If you don't have to worry about emissions then go ahead and do it. The only thing you'll gain from it is less sources for boost leaks. You won't gain any power from it. I attached a diagram of what the engine bay should look like if you remove them.
