I have battling bad idle for some time now. I need to get this fixed, I have played around with the BISS like no tomorrow with no positive results.
The idle dips really low, sometime stalling when i push the clutch in or even free rev it.
On hot starts it idles really low and eventually smooths out after driving a little.

My chip is set to idle at 850 rpm and I cannot get it to stay there, i can set the biss so it idles a 850 with everything off (lights, radio ETC) but once I turn the lights on it drops about 100 rpm.

I have put in a rebuilt throttle body, new black ISC and TPS is adjusted correctly, no boost leaks. I inspected the ECU and didn't see any obvious signs of damage. It seems as if the ecu isn't even trying to control the idle with the ISC.
What should I do next to narrow down the problem?

well i may not be of much help LOL. but ihave been learning about the euc's and the iscs quite abit over these past couple days because i was having similalr poblems to urs and eventually my car wuit and i didnt kno wh. i thought it was afuel injector relay so i got a few new ones to try and that didnt fix it then the ecu smelt like bunt electical stuff so i pulled it off an dtook it apart and found that oneo f my black isc chips had burned out and took that capacitor that powes them with it to. so then i traced the problem to the actual ISC motor itself and took it off and dissasebmled it and it looked like crap so it had shorted out of old age and crappy part and burned out the ecu parts with it. this sounds really similar to what your saying but u said u replace some things and inspected things an nothing was wrong but there are quite a bit of very smart people on here that should defintly be able to help u. and what is BISS?
