has anyone used the purple insert on there hks blowoff valve if so how does it sound does it get rid of the high pitch sound also does anyone have a sound clip of it

He's talking about the HKS SSQ, comes with three diffrent colored/different sounding inserts.

yes it get rid of the high pitched whistle and makes it more of a whoosh sound. here is a clip of a alltrac celica with it installedhere ya go

my buddy just got the SSQ on his Stealth RT, and man I love it. Its a solid blast of air, no whistle, no high pitched sound, just the way I like it. I didn't know they had different inserts for different sounds.
