2G Blinker fast on one side (New non-LED bulbs rear and front)

Hey so bit of an odd issue with my 2g Eclipse.

Got it not too long ago and the left indicator was fast - no issue probably the bulb, right? Well I changed the front and back indicator lights and lightly dusted the connectors and still the left signal is hyper flashing. I do have LEDs in my dash but the right indicator is completely fine.

I removed the right side indicator socket and tested - it actually made the left side completely normal (obviously the right side is now hyper blinking). If it matters the hazards are completely normal. So my question is how would one remedy this? I've never had to change a signal relay so I am unsure if that would even be an issue. Have you actually verified functionality of the bulbs? Just switch them on and step out to have a look.

A fast blink indicates less impedance on the circuit. Stock incandescent bulbs do have a fair amount of impedance, so I'd guess you just have a bulb out or an incorrect bulb somewhere. If that's not the case, you might have a short.

All bulbs are good and the front turn signal specifically has 2 filaments that are good on inspection and after testing. Yeah was worried about a short and chasing wires.

What's your take on the left side hyper blink clearing up after disconnecting the right side bulb?
