i tried to look for it but nowhere about a noise if done incorrect method. i followed some thread and i did it but now when i turn the car on it now makes noise. i used vavoline dot 3&4. do i have to bleed again or am i screwd. the noise is commind from the down there and its not from the engine. its a loud screeching noise. pleases help me today.

when you say the sound is coming from down there...where the heck is down there? I think im having a similar problem but im not sure where "down there" is, hehe. maybe we can help each other figure this out if its the same problem. I bled my clutch and installed a new Throwout bearing and im getting a screaching sound only when the clutch is engaged and not when its out, its coming from inside the bellhousing im almost sure of that, is that where your sound is coming from? and is it only whenthe clutch is engaged?

Im not sure what you mean by solenoid valve, where is it at?

im just thinking from the top of my head i new here so im might say the wrong things but try to make it out better sorry.

okay so you just pm me and said the sound was coming from the tranny, okay im thinking we have the same problem maybe, does it go away when you push the clutch pedal in?

i mean from my slave cylinder i loosend the valve. is it that i tightned it to tight or other problem that i mixed the wrong fluid

thats what i was thinking

but his throw out bearing wouldnt go bad just by him bleeding the clutch would it?

if your getting a screaching sound from the tranny area all the time clutch in or clutch out blah blah, your throwout bearing is probley bad.

yeah i got this car and it was driving good and when i bleed the clutch and then i turned it on it does this and also the car turns on with out me pressing the clutch in too. before i done this to start my car or am i wrong i know wrong forum but all this happend right now

if the car starts without the clutch in then the sensor switch thing prolly came lose or went bad, not a big deal, i have mine like that on purpose just dont start it in gear. Theres a video in the tech article section http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=101587

This is what im trying to figure out, you bled your clutch now it seems like your throwout bearing is making sound, i bled my clutch and now mines making sounds and it cant be bad cause its brand spanking new from the dealer so what im thinking is that its not bad but theres something else wrong with it and i would like to figure that out also so i can fix mine.

if it is the throwout bearing that went bad itll cost upwards of $500 to get it changed at a shop. mostly because most shops wont just change the TOB there gonna wanna do an entire clutch job cause its not cost effective for the cars owner to just have them do the throwout bearing because of the time it takes to get the tranny off the car if you had to bring it back in a few months to get the clutch changed it would end up costing you alot more then it would have if you would have got it all done at the same time.

if it makes a screeching niose with the clutch in it's prolly the throw-out bearing... if it screeches with the clutch out it's prolly the trans(the input shaft bearings)make sure your not low on gear oil
