So a friend and I were swapping out the biss screw and doing my brakes at the same time. He was doing the biss screw, and I guess from what he tells me. He had issues on removing, so he decided to to break it into pieces while it was in the TB. I guess he thought it would be alot easier to break it down into pieces with a flathead and just blow it off with a compressor afterwords. But no, he just told me that their is a good chunk of the missing biss screw INSIDE the hole (idk the specific name of it). Plus he install a new biss in there that got crush because it was touching the other. My idle is fine but recently I got my maft in and I was doing a few pulls to see how it feels and my car seems to stutter alot above 4k rmp's and it feels very sluggish.
He just told me this today, while I was swapping out my plugs and wires. Thinking it was some kind of ignition problem. I tried taking the biss out, but man... It is in pieces, and it is in there. And there is two of them!!!! Would this be causing my stuttering problem on top? Should I start charging him for a new TB rebuilt, MOTOR?!?

Have you tried taking off the TB and pushing the BISS out? You could possibly have a boost leak there. I think I have some O-Rings left over from when I replaced mine (I also have an extra BISS screw too). Not sure if that is causing the stuttering, but you should get it fixed regardless. Let me know if you need help :thumb:

You have little pieces of plastic stuck in a hole. Kind of obvious to try needle nose pliers or maybe even some tape on the end of a screwdriver. If all else fails, pull the TB and turn it over to dump out the pieces. New BISS should be accompanied by a new o-ring.

Do a BLT.

Ill be pulling the TB. Im just saying if that clog hole would causing my stuttering problem? Or is it just for idling issues?

Before he busted the BISS he should have put some krazy glue on his finger, then stuck his finger on the BISS. Let glue dry for about 30 seconds then pull your finger out and the BISS will be glued to your finger!

Do a BLT. It's not that big of a deal.

THATS ####ED UP...LOL

Man get a better friend. :D

Yeah, he waited all that time to tell you that he busted off plastic in your intake. I'd be pulling the IM off and sticking a flashlight in the ports to make sure there isn't anything stuck in the valves!

thats my biggest worry! That he harm something internal. Since than, the car seems to stutter alot on top. Ill be doing a boost leak tommorow.
