I have a Hagn big 16G on my car now. I also have a hahn 3" o2/downpipe combo with a 3" Thermal. I have really bad creep problems, and have been told to port the o2 housing and do the 34mm flapper mod. I also have a spare Tial 38mm wastgate laying around, and was wondering if it would be better to use that to get rid of creep. Can I somehow work that onto my stock exhaust manifold, or do I have to buy an aftermaket mani? Thanks

Hands down the Tial would be much better for getting rid of boost creep, but you would have to make a hole in your manifold for the wastegate, you'd probably be better off buying and EVO or 2g ported manifold already set up for a Tial. Also you would have to weld the flapper shut on the 16 stock wastegate.

Well, I already have a Tial 38 mm Wastegate, so I might as well use it. What do I have to do to use it? Can I make it work with the stock manifold, or do I have to buy another one? If so, which one, and where can I buy it? I dont want to spend too much though. Thanks.

Id go with the 34mm flapper, SBR does it cheap. The external is noisy, i had the hks on my talon some time ago and my hearing suffered. For a big 16G theres no reason to have the external unless you really dont mind the noise or are planning on jumping up a turbo size.

Does anyone know of a good article on how to do the 34mm mod, and where to buy the parts?

I think the most important thing you can do is port the exhaust housing on the actual turbo. I ported my o2 housing and exhaust housing and it worked great for me. Also open up the actual wastegate hole on the housing you can open it up a couple .mm with the stock flapper. Worked solid for me. and didn't cost anything.
