Better price for a 2G AWD steering rack

Looking for a little assistance finding a better price for a replacement steering rack. The GSX shell I'm building up has a blown steering rack. Leaks like a sieve. Local car parts store quotede a price of $407 for a remanufactured one. Ouch! That's with a $125 core charge. I've never rebuilt a steering rack and not feel comfortable doing so. I could take the one of out my Talon but that one also has play in it for some reason and I'd prefer not to put in a questionable part. I have not found any local shops that will rebuild a steering rack.

Rockauto has them for $189 +core charge. They are also a supporting vendor and usually have a 5% off coupon code you can use.
