1G Best wheel offset on 1g awd 17x8

Hi,
I am planning on running a 17x8 wheel with a 235/40/17, or 235/45/17 on my 1g awd. I have installed jic fla2's already and I was wondering what a good offset would be. I think I saw our stock wheel specs is 46mm off. and 16x6. Is this correct?

Yes, stock offset is +46mm.

I run 17 x 8 +48 wheels with 245/40 tires and they're nice and flush

38 fits very nice.

I am currently on 225/45 17 with 17x8 38 offset.
