best spark plugs to use

I know this topic has been talked about many times but while searching, there were multiple answers and I just wanted to ask what the best plugs are for my 90 AWD Talon

yea but which NGK's and what gap? I've heard NGK6 with a .023" gap and NGK BPR6ES with a .028" gap

Platinum plug tips can glow so hot they can cause detonation. They are generally not good for use in turbocharged cars.
