levittown,
I'm looking for the best shocks for a 1g awd for the best handling and road manneurs since I do dd the car and it frequents nyc roads. I currently have agx's and they handle but beat the crap out of me and the talon on a daily basis.

So you have the AGX's and they are too harsh, even with them set all the way soft? Are you on stock springs still? I have the AGX's with stock springs and yeah they're pretty stiff, but with them set all the way soft, they ride pretty nice IMO.:)

AGX's work but just barely. In my opinion they are just way..way to stiff in rear. The Koni yellows are night and day better and its not even close. They are better on the track and much, much better on the road.

Yup! If you've got a 2 in. drop there isn't a shock out there that is going to make bumps feel easy. There just isn't enough room for travel.

Thanks guys-from what I had read it looked like the konis were the best option for all around performance. When I had bought the agxs a few years back the koni's were not available for a 1g awd.

I have Koni's on my VR-4 with H&R springs and it rides smoother than my STi did stock. Only down fall of the Koni's is the rears adjustment.
