Ebay. I have gotten them as cheap at $375 for a set of rims shipped to my door brand new. They were 17s though. The ones on my spyder are 17s and I think I paid like $800 with tires shipped to my door from Cali. If you do get them shipped with tires installed, make sure to check and see if any balance weights havent fallen off and are still attached well. I have heard stories where they counter weights have all fallen off the wheels and they have to have them re-balanced.

I like to save a buck so I tend to shop for the best deal and that is Ebay and Craigslist like others have mentioned. Ask around locally and usually a friend of a friend is selling rims. TireRack is nice and we have one near by so I can order and pick up to save money but I don't need new wheels just newer. If you have to have new than the Internet is you best bet. Just have to know where to look.
Forums have nice deals, the 240SX guys are always selling wheels. I think they have the same lug pattern.

Best place for rims is relative. Depends what you want and how much you want to spend. Cheap/quality/lightweight usually do not go together with wheels.

The tires were 88 a piece shipped. The wheels were 375 local. Still had the QC stickers on them.

In Canada Kijiji.ca is best to get a good deal (probably not new though).
