I've been toying with the ideal of getting new cams for my 1991 auto GSX with a small evoIII16G turbo with all supporting mods. Now with my auto I really don't have much off boost power so I don't really don't want cams that would suffer on off boost power. I was checking out this website which is very informative and it said that the HKS 264 Intake 264 Exhaust cams were the only ones that had just as good off boost power if not more power then stock cams. Now I remember reading somewhere that these cams have a power band that is within the 6100 to 6500 rpm range. If I leave my car in drive at WOT the car shifts at about 6600rpm so I was thinking that this power band would be perfect for my auto.
What do you guys think, I want to hear some opinions on this guys.
