Hey, I was wondering what would be the best BOV to get for the money, obviously the 1g BOV is going to be the cheapest, but is it worth it to get an aftermarket one? Or am I not going to notice a difference between the 1g BOV for $60 and a TurboXS RFL BOV for around $210? Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks.

yea we all know the consequences.. no need for another venting to the atmosphere lesson. :) i relaly need to hurry and make my recirculation piece though. im running rich. but idles fine, but again all cars are different.

hey i've got the hks and i bought it because i didn't put a bov dump tube on my custom intake. the 1g would flutter at partial throttle above 4500 so i hated it. the hks however works absolutely perfect. i still need to loosen it up a little bit, but its really good right now.

as for venting. yeah maybe its bad, but i don't see how me running rich between shifts terribly kills my performance. as shitty as our dsm tranny's are, it's not like i'm driving so hard and consistently that a tenth or whatever it might be costing me (probably not even that) couldn't be made up by shifting harder of faster. but like i said the main reason i got mine was that it could be vented and would run well so that i didn't have to cut into the intake pipe and weld on another piece of tubing. (i'm real lazy like that :D )
