best boost creep solution --> external WG or porting

ok i am about to get my 3in turbo-back(thermal ). its a full 3' in dp w/ race pipe and thermal catback. i am planning in the next few months to upgrade to the v-trim t04b(internal wastegate). i still have the stock t25. I'm trying to prevent boost creep as much as possible. i been reading the last two weeks on boost creep.

now i been reading, most say a external wastegate will keep boost creep to a minimum. i really don't want to buy the WG, because the v-trim i plan on getting have the internal WG.

so i was planning to get a bigger 02 housing, from like SBR for now; and if I'm correct port the turbo outlet. OR should i just get the external WG, and just get the v-trim without the internal?

i just want the best setup with wasting money to replace parts. i want to do it right the first time. any input will be great thanks.

I had a small16g and a Full 3 inch turbo back.

even though my boost was previously set at 14psi. it would creep well past 17 upwards of 5k+ rpm

got a ported 02 housing from a friend. stock 1g housing, and it helped alittle. but still crept.

I then ordered a FULL 02 housing from RNRracing. 3 inches with dump tube.
Bye Bye creep, and Hello better spool.
It would still creep 1 or 2 psi above 6500 but thats it.

perhaps you would be further ahead to get a 02 eliminator downpipe with your purchase if its available.

i guess my answer was right.

can anyone link me to the proper or best 02 housing. i am planning on a v-trim interal WG, and 3 in DP?

i dont know about "best" cuz i still have stock exaust, but what i have been looking at is the rnr exaust, altho ive heard that it takes a LONG time to get your orders, most say its worth it,.. and a few say that the product is good, but not worth the wait,....(were talking months....) and i believe he suggested a o2 eliminator, which is a dp that goes from the turbo to the cat/test pipe... and you could use an external wastegate with the vtrim also...

Well, if you are planning to install a v-trim soon, then dont waste your time with an external wastegate. The internal 38mm gate that they come with should work just fine for you (w/o creeping). And I dont think you are going to creep with your T25 either. I ran a 3" turbo back with a T25 for 2 years and I never creeped a bit.
