Belt squeak caused by loose altr bracket?

I was taking a look at my car today as it was running, I've noticed the squeaking just before December. As I was taking my time searching around the belt area, I instantly noticed it's truely coming from the front end.

As I moved my head, keeping my attention on the belt, I saw the alternator (which is new, before I bought it). It was weird, the belt was shaking (not normal) and the alternator was shaking with the belt.

So is that bracket that's messed up? I'm not sure if I should get a new belt? Any other ideas?

I had the nut that held the bolt that bolts the alternator to the block comes loose on me once. That caused a massive squeaking. Go ahead and check that there buddy.

I can't quite tell where it's all bolt up to, it just snowed so I'm telling to get under, but like I said I'm not sure. Where should I start feeling around?

Oh, another question the belt has the logo called "Gator Grip", is that a good belt? As far as I can tell, the belt is quite worn and frayed a bit. I've heard about Mitsu Belts are better so I may look into that too.
