420A Belt Parts number???

I have a 99 GS. And would like to find a belt that goes from the homantic balancer to the power steering. To pay pass the a/c. My a/c doesn't work and all it does is squeal. I hate that. I replaced that belt two times and replaced the A/C Compressor with another junk yard one. I would rather just get a shorter belt to go on the power steering. If anyone knows the part number for the 420a motor or any suggestions would be for the belt would be great. Thanks for the help.

Take a piece of string and wrap it around all the pulleys you want to run. Mark the length, take it off, and measure how many inches it is. Then go to the local parts store and tell them you need a "insert number" inch 5-rib serpentine belt. You can also see with the string if there will be any sort of interference with objects like motor mounts etc.

*Most parts places with have their belt part numbers laid out like this "355K4". The first two numbers are inches, the third is 10ths of an inch, and k4 dictates how many ribs are on the belt. So the above belt size would be 35.5 inches long with 4 ribs.
