So i got my huge paycheck and had no outstanding bills to pay.
Right now my block is completely stock, my balance shafts are gone and i have excellent compression after four thousand miles. I went and bought a hx35 for 159 dollars with no wheel damage and spun like a dream! I had link and a wideband laying around so i thought it was time

As it stands right now,
Stock block and head.
Dsmlink v3lite,
Holset Hx35,
Precision 880cc injectors,
Tein springs, Kyb shocks(which have nothing to to with this),
Afpr,
Walbro 255,
Aem Wideband,
Prosport boostgauge,
Stock maf,
Full three inch exaust custom vband setup
Cast manifold with tial 44mm off with open dump,

Questions:
Im trying to acheive at least 400hp on pump, Do i need bigger injectors?
What should i run for oil lines on this monster?
Will i be safe on my stock motor?
Any other suggestions are welcome!

Plenty of people have 400-500 whp on a stock bottom end. 1g "Big Rods" Help.

I would run my oil from the OFH, push lock, or AN fittings. I prefer push lock, easier to work with. I prefer the hose is generally a bit easier to work with than ss-braided. I had a bi*** of a time getting my SS Oil return to fit. If I ever have to take it off, its getting trashed and I am putting a Push lock line on there.

Yeah, i dont have big rods. Well hopefully i can get a good tune to get me to my horsepower goals. I seem to feel like i am missing something from my setup. I do however have an early seven bolt so it's a little more durable considering the oil squirters aren't sharing the main bearings oil. I have to get headstuds, and look into getting a clutch. What clutch would hold up to that amount of horsepower.

what is the highest octane availible to you? If its 91 like we have out here in colorado, E85 might be a better option for fuel if its availible in your area.

I've seen several people running 2g stock bottom ends between 400 and 500 whp. I think the record is between 550 and 560 whp. Which is just mind boggling.

Gotta love it that 93. We have it everywhere here in bama. Even the ma and pa stations have it. But e-85 is exceedingly hard to find. There is one station in town, buts way on the other side of town. Like a 30 minute drive for me.

Southbend makes good clutchs. At the minimum I would run a 2600lb pressure plate if I was going act.
