BCS hoses???

I just picked up a '95 GST and was doing the free mods when I noticed that the top hose that connects to the BCS is disconnected. I can't find where it leads to, so my question would be where it leads to and if its safe to run it disconnected until i find out? Thanks for your help, I did a search but didn't find my answer.

The top nipple should have a hose leading from it to the bottom of the stock intake tube, or a side nipple on an aftermarket one. If you have an MBC, this hose isn't needed.
