Cams sound clip. Car is dirty and running rich.

Someone on a non-DSM site made the comment that it "sounded" out of time. I hope not, going to check it again this weekend. I've had probs with it ever since installing the cams. It runs rich, has low vacuum (5-10 at 1100 rpm) and idle surges.

When all 4 line up, due to the laws of geometry, they can't be too high or too low. There's exactly one configuration to make that happen. Since 3 of mine line up and only one is slightly off, I feel ok. According to the ruler the intake was already slightly retarded, and I retarded it a shitload more to make it idle better. And/or the exhaust was slightly advanced, and I advanced it a shitload more anyway. So I don't think my timing belt configuration is hurting me, in fact it helped get a bit more adjustment.
