Hi Everyone just bought a DSM 1G 2G 4G63 2.0L Upgrade Bolt On TD05 TD05H 16G Turbo Charger Kit Oil Feed for my son's 1998 GST and have a problem after only 1 month LOL . the banjo bolt is striiped and leaking oil , ordered one from PSI but they sent me 12 MM 1.25 which is correct but the bolt that is on my Son's turbo i believe (not Sure) is smaller 10 MM. 1.25 and 20 mm. long any ideas were i can can find one? Thank you

Head - 10mm x 1.25
Turbo - 12mm x 1.25
These are the sizes I used on my 16g. What is stripped the oil source or the turbo? Also were you re-using the copper crush washers?

thank you Jimmy for replying, this is a new turbo kit we bought from ebay about one month ago , could not afford anything else :) , what is stripped is the bolt that connects the oil line to the turbo , the copper washer are new (came with the kit look good) hopefully the threads in the hole are not stripped LOL , the 12mm that i ordered from PSI is too big (thick) , i should have measured before ordering , my bad , i went to home depot and measured the striped bolt, looks like its a 10 mm 1.25 20 mm long? kind of small/weak, was wondering if i can get a Banjo bolt maybe from a local motocycle store??
