Before i start with I got ripped off, i'll list whats been done

the following parts were changed " Everything changed or rebuilt was needed"

Transfer case
Drive shaft rebuilt
Master and Slave cylinders
Shifter Cables
All the bushings
OEM release bearing
New Fork
Rebuilt Transmission
ACT 2500 with zero miles

With that all said, i cannot make make gears. Bleed everything! Checked and double checked everything......now im guessing its internally in the trans?

I am waiting on an email from the person i had my trans worked on so well see. My mechanic is stumped right now...

sorry the title should read "bad rebuild"

Did you try yo shim the pivot ball. Did you adjust the rod on the master. Did you check the pedal assembly for wear? What brand of master and slave did you use? What was your step height on the flywheel? IF the transmission will go in gear with the engine off but not with the engine running than it is a clutch problem.

It goes in gear when the car is off...........ima attempt to have my mechanic jump in this this
Thread and answer a few questions.

the pedal assembly will be inspected today...........I am also looking for a stock pressure plate to see if the ACT unit is bad.

I guess everything will be checked and re-checked again.

It is a clutch issue, not a transmission issue, so look at your clutch hydraulics, adjustment of clutch hydraulics, a damaged clutch disk or a damaged pressure plate, or something else like poor quality parts, bandage fixes, improper flywheel step height, etc.
