bad ics?

2g gsx somtimes starts fine. If it sits all day or over night it starts idles way ruff then shuts off. I ran a multi meater on the sensor car cold about 80 degrees and it reads 0.401 kohms. Seems bad to me. This started after i came back from a deployment it to 15 min of recranking before she started. It ran fine for a few days and after working all day went to start it and dit it again. I let it sit all night on base came to work next morning and it fired rite up drove it home no problems. Sat all after noon and its not starting agian ( idles at 300 then dies if i rev it it revs then dies sounds like its running to rich) fuel pump is workin anf the fpr is clicking fine. What do u guys think

Is it the small one on the side of the thermostat housing with one male prong or the one on the back side of the with thermostat 2 prong plastic connector boxy round edges in shape with locking tab and weather pack. Which one is for the ecm?

Will do, so from what ive found things just dont seem to add up. The ECT is the lager sensor on the back of the housing for the thermostat. Im hopoing this is bad and that is what is causing my car not to start or idle for more than a few secs. I can hear my fuel pump working and the selonid doing its job. I check the wrong sesor lastnight (the small one off to the side of the housing and it had the wrong readings as well, so i assume i have two bad sesors, one for the gauge and one to the ECM) My poor car is falling apart and its my fault i did not take care of it properly, lo,l but ivehad it for 7 years and i have only put like 13k miles on it. She has never broken down so i guess it was time. Ill let you know what the reading are tonight hopfully this fixes one of many many issues i need to fix. I still have to fix the oil pressure problem it says i always have high preasure i think it might be the oil sender. time will tell.

Follow some of those items i posted for you, then rule them out one by one if you have too.

Purchased new ECT checked it with k ohms 1.4, checked old one and it was the same . placed n hot water both red the same so safe to say ect is good. Can some one post a good shot of the ics location. Also could it be the fuel pressure regulator solenoid, im getting gas for sure

My godd im mad i decided to reset the ecu started it iddled ruff gave it some gas and now it runs normal what the hell? OBVIOUSLY NO ERROR CODE NOW. what do ido know.

Ran a scan tool this morning, only one code cam position circuit malfunction, orderd a new sensor we willsee.

Well I think I fixed it it looks like it was a cam angle sensor the car runs properly and idles at 750 for the first time. Knock on wood if it starts and runs well for a week i may have nailed it. U guys rock thank you for the time you all took to point me in the proper places.

Update, car is doing good, idles properly, turbo no longer feels sluggish.
