420A Bad High idle

So I have a 1999 Eclipse RS. I just redid the timing belt and now I'm trying to get this thing to run well. I start it and it idles extremely poorly and eventually dies.

What I'm trying to do now is figure out all of the vacuum lines. I found this line buried deep behind the engine and I was wondering if it goes into the holes on the intake. The yellow line on that intake just loops around back to that middle line on the intake and I doubt that's how it's supposed to be.

I just attached my PCV hose which did help it idle longer than 30 but it's still really rough and will die eventually. The previous owner had put a turbo on it and I took it off that's why everything it so screwed up.

Any help on where all the vacuum lines are and where they go would be awesome. Also it seems to idle worse after doing my main seal and the timing is there a chance the timing is off on the cam gears? Thanks

I would have to see the timing to know if it's off for sure. If the car sounds heavily cammed while running then timing is certainly a suspect. It isn't hard to misalign the cam gears by 1 tooth. For the vacuum hoses check the diagram under your hood. If yours is missing I can post a pic of one

So I did up all of my vacuum lines correct and still had issues. So I went ahead and tore it all back out cause after inspection the timing looked off by a tooth and yeah first starting it did sound super cammed. I just aligned everything by marks and the holes on top of the cams so it should all be good now. I also had a map sensor code pop up yesterday. I'll update tomorrow once everything is back together

So I just bought a new 97 Eclipse RS cause my other one is a piece of junk. I was able to drive it 2 hours back home with only one issue. When idling it would sit at about 700 then randomly it goes up to like 1500 then after a few seconds it drops back down. Would that be a IAC or like a MAP sensor?

I also noticed the EGR is blocked off, does that cause any issues of any sort?

And lastly the previous owner put in a aftermarket security box and undid a lot of wiring down under the steering wheel. Does anyone have some pictures or diagrams as to how it should look? It has power doors and they have no power to them and I think it might be due to that.

Sounds like the IAC is bad. And deleting the EGR does not cause any issues. It actually prevents issues.
