bad clutch pedal need help

i recently accuired a 90 gsx with 80K on it for $450 (ok i did have to reloace the fule pump and filter ehaust can and pcm ($900) and it has an electrical drain on the bat, but to the mater at hand. i have Tons of problems shifting. I listened to the guys i work with at chrysler and it has gotten me no where i replace the clutch master and slave cylender ($300)(now they are saying syncros and clutch), the cable($130)(calbe was bad thou)also replace sifter bushings($2). turns out i have a bad pedal arm are there any reto fits b/c i went to the junk yard to get one the orginal owner of the gsx i was pulling the pedal from had the same problem so they welded it. bad idea b/c the stud broke on the inside of where the shaft diameter chages i need a quick fix i dont want to spend 20 hrs pulling another one out of a turbo talon and istalling it in my car. I work in parts and have looked at the diagrams but its not an easy job please help

It's a bi***, I pulled mine out and had it welded solid and no more problems. I will say though that my "square peg" wasn't even rounded out, turns out it was the peg that goes through the clutch master cyl. etc. That hole was shaped like a jelly-bean so I had to fab up a new bushing, and then I hacked a grade 8 bolt to fit through it sooooooo no more problems and it's indestructible now :D
